Eletrobras Distribuição Rondônia was the winner in the Northern region of the "Aneel Consumer Satisfaction Index" (IASC) 2016 award. A survey is conducted with more than 24,000 residential consumers from 101 electricity distributors, concessionaires and licensed dealers, for the purposes of this award. The customer evaluation analyzed five variables: perceived quality, perceived value, overall satisfaction, trust in the supplier and loyalty.
