The Code of Ethics and Conduct of the Eletrobras Companies expresses the ethical principles and the commitments of conduct that we assume in the relationship with our stakeholders.

Transparency and access to information
We report to society on our Public Transparency Page on the Transparency Portal of the federal government and on publications such as our Annual and Sustainability Report.
We also promote, in compliance with Law 12,527, the broad access to public information of private or collective interest in the section "Access to Information" (in Portuguese) of this portal and through the Citizen Information Service (SIC).
The Eletrobras General Ombudsman receives requests, suggestions, complaints, compliments and denunciations related to our activities. The Ombudsman's role is to seek, in partnership with all areas of the company, solutions to the issues received, aiming at improving internal processes and transparency of actions and acting in a confidential, independent and impartial manner.
The Whistleblowing Channel is our specific channel for sending reports about fraud (accounting/financial/in bidding processes) and corruption. We ensure the anonymity and confidentiality of the reports, as well as the non-retaliation to the whistleblower.
